Yakumi Uchiha (うちはヤクミ, Uchiha Yakumi) was a member of the Uchiha clan during the years preceding the Uchiha Clan Massacre. As a member of the Konoha Military Police, he assisted Fugaku Uchiha. He felt a strong affection towards the Uchiha clan and was fiercely loyal to it.
