Yamato creates wooden stocks which he reinforces with his wood element chakra to restrain a target, binding them at their wrists and neck. There are also two candles on each end of the device. Despite being severely weakened, Kisame Hoshigaki was able to break free of it, surprising Yamato.[1] It is worth noting that Yamato is never seen actually performing this technique (though the stocks are made of wood so he must have created them) so whether or not this is a jutsu or simply Yamato creating a wooden object to fit his need is unknown.
