The Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet jutsu is a three-way synchronized combination (or collaboration) jutsu between Naruto, Gamatatsu and Gamakichi. The Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet is the expansion of a two-way synchronized collaboration jutsu, the Wind Release: Toad Gun, but substitutes Toad Oil for water.

Naruto charges his chakra, channeling it into Gamatatsu to perform the Wind Release: Toad Gun. Gamatatsu spitting a wind-enhanced blast of oil, rather than water, towards the enemy. As soon as the vortex hits the enemy, Gamakichi uses a Fire Release jutsu, which ignites the oil into a great inferno.

Because the wind increases the fire's power, and provides the oil with more force, the intensity and the area covered by this technique is so great that it can temporarily knocked-out a target as large as the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle. Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet is also similar to Sage Art: Goemon, another three-way synchronized collaboration jutsu of a sage level used by Jiraiya, Shima and Fukasaku, where one provides the oil, another provides wind chakra, and the third provides the fire chakra to create a distructive inflagration.
