In Tailed Beast Mode or (in the anime) Sage Mode, Naruto is able to form two Rasenshuriken and wield both at the same time. Their cutting power is so high that by using one of them as a melee weapon, Naruto was able to cut through the Ten-Tails' extremely durable tails with ease.[1]
