This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of decimating even durable objects in a matter of moments. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth, immediately after forming the necessary hand seal. The exact destructive potential of this technique is unknown, though it was able to destroy one of Kakuzu's mask creatures in an instant.
