Appearance

He is a large man, with squinty eyes. In comparison to his face, his nose is rather small and inconspicuous. He has a thin moustache and a small pointed chin-beard. He also wears a necklace.

Part II

Five Kage Summit Arc

During a meeting of the Five Great Shinobi Countries' daimyō he was the third daimyō out of the five, who consented to allow the Allied Shinobi Forces to officially form, being wary of "Madara Uchiha"'s position as the leader of Akatsuki.

Shinobi World War Arc

The Wind Daimyō is later seen in a safe house with the other daimyō. He starts to complain about the tight space of the building.
