This is an ability possessed by Madara Uchiha, allowing him to manifest and infuse his will, as he did to create Black Zetsu by pouring it into White Zetsu, describing the sentient creation as a weaker version of himself. This ability can be channelled through objects as well. As shown with the chakra receivers, Madara was not only able to remotely manipulate the actions of his targets, but also telekinetically manipulate the rods, by imbuing his will into them.[1] Being Madara's will, Black Zetsu can manipulate the bodies and abilities of those he infuses himself with.[2][3]
