This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand and fires at a highspeed burst at the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques.[1]
It is used in combination with Naruto Uzumaki's Wind Release: Rasengan to form the Typhoon Water Vortex Technique.
Trivia
- In Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3, Yamato uses this technique in a similar manner to Rasengan.
