Used only in the video games, the Second Hokage brings up a tsunami of water and it goes into his hand. He then kicks up his opponent. The Second Hokage then goes up the air above his opponent and uses the tsunami water to make a drill at the opponent. The opponent then gets hammered by the water drill and supposedly dies from it.
