The user makes the water under the opponent explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above them and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the opponent with it and creating a large water explosion.

The Second Hokage then goes up the air above his opponent and uses the tsunami water to make a drill at the opponent. The opponent then gets hammered by the water drill and supposedly dies from it.
