Using the chakra control granted by the Gentle Fist, Hinata concentrates her chakra until water vortexes are created around her. Those vortexes shoot water blasts which turn to needle-like water. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used with great precision to hit very small targets such as bees.

Trivia

Though unnamed in the anime, this technique was named in Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2.
