Using the Hydrification Technique, the user forms a finger gun and fires a droplet of water at the intended target with tremendous force from their index finger, enough to easily pierce through a sand clone.[1]
Trivia
- Although never directly observed using the technique, both Suigetsu and Mangetsu Hōzuki have been depicted performing a similar hand gesture to that the Mizukage used.[2][3][4]
