A wore a pair of golden weighted appendages around his arms that closely resemble vambraces. He uses these braces both as a training tool and an offensive weapon in battle as they have protrusions that can jut out. The left one was burned to ashes by Sasuke's Amaterasu, along with A's forearm. Since the start of the Fourth Shinobi World War, he has stopped wearing them.
