After forming the necessary seals, the user slams their hand(s) on the ground after which a sealing formula (which originates from the user's hand) forms under the target. When the seal activates, anything on it is sealed within the formula itself.

- The seal is only briefly seen in chapter 500, with its use being expanded on in the anime.
- According to Kushina during her flashback, the seal seen here is one of the characteristic ones of the Uzumaki.
