Re: Hello

I'm currently seeing how things were update for the latest chapter, but I can multi-task, so yes. What do you want to talk about? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:02, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Anything more specific? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:05, July 7, 2011 (UTC)
Oh, that. This isn't a feature we use here in this wiki. Matter of fact, we specifically request some of the more socially-oriented features to be disabled in the wiki, such as article comments and badges. Our aim is to be an encyclopaedia, not an online board. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:15, July 7, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Permission

I'm not sure that's allowed. It certainly isn't covered in our image policy. I suppose the best place for this to be discussed is at Narutopedia talk:Image policy, where people are most likely to reply to a question like this. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 17:16, August 7, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Help

Ask either ShounenSuki or Seelentau. I'm assuming you're asking about translations from Japanese to English. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 17:13, August 14, 2011 (UTC)

What do you need help with, exactly? —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 17:31, August 14, 2011 (UTC)
Kuronuma → 'black swamp' (黒沼)
Aoba → 'fresh leafs' (青葉)

Re: Favour

I could, but I would need the Kanji. Otherwise, I can only speculate:

Chikage could be 地影 Earth Shadow
Rokujo could be 六除 Sixth Division

But as I said, this is only speculation. It's almost impossible to translate it from just the words. I would at least need the Kanji or some context. Seelentau 愛 13:03, August 15, 2011 (UTC)

Ah, I see. Well, both are (more or less) common names in Japan. 六条 is the name of the 76. Tennō of Japan (this one). The Kanji mean six and paragraph/clause or street. As I said before, 千景 is also a (female) name and means thousand (as in Chidori) and view (as in view over a wonderful panorama). Seelentau 愛 17:16, August 15, 2011 (UTC)

Re: This IP

Hey~ I'm not entirely sure, going from the edit the person made I might. A while back there was an issue about whether or not Madara was the main antagonist or a major antagonist of the series which included an IP user.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol 13:51, August 30, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Userboxes

I'm assuming you mean in your user page? Sure. Just don't use the templates we use for character infoboxes, it'll list you in tons of templates as if you were a character. Take a look at other members' userpages, some of them have userboxes as well. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:21, September 10, 2011 (UTC)

I think so. If there's anything wrong, me or another sysop will tell you something. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:50, September 10, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Monaco

That's something one of the sysops who get some coding made for me back when I was a sysop in that wiki. As I understand, it is a bit of CSS that tweaks a bit of the interface, changing things that I didn't like in the interface or something like that. It was something that helped me delete article comments if I'm not mistaken. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:01, September 13, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Question

Izumi can mean 'fountain' (or 'spring'). I can tell you more later today, can't read any Japanese words here at school :/ Seelentau 愛 08:05, September 13, 2011 (UTC)

So, it's like this: 泉井 Izumii is a surname in Japan. 泉 Izumi, as I said, means 'spring' and 井 I means 'water well'. Both can mean 'fountain', too. But the common Japanese word for 'fountain' is 噴水 funsui. At least that's what I know^^ Seelentau 愛 12:20, September 13, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry, without Hiragana I don't know. ShounenSuki maybe knows it^^ Seelentau 愛 06:00, September 15, 2011 (UTC)
武 (bu) is a difficult kanji to translate. It generally refers to the art of war or anything military-related. It can also refer to warriors or courage and valour. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 21:54, September 15, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Problem

Every once in a while that happens to me as well. The page is still there, but for reasons beyond my understanding, it doesn't show. If you select edit again, you'll see that the entire code for the page is there. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 16:22, October 22, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, I saw it. I don't like it, but I don't think that it'll make a difference, not liking it. At least they're keeping article talk pages intact. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 16:33, October 22, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Translation

Uchiha no ajito... asoko ni Itachi ga iru. ..... Kecchaku o tsukeru toki na gita... Itachi... kono ore no nikushimi o misete yaru. Tappuri to na.

The cursive parts are not 100 percent correct. Do you want the Kana, too? Seelentau 愛 01:33, October 23, 2011 (UTC)

うちはのアジト... あそこにイタチが居る. ..... 決着をつける時なぎた... イタチ... この俺の憎しみを見せてやる. たっぷりとな.
Here we go :) But I'd like you to ask ShounenSuki about his opinion, there might be some stuff wrong ;) Seelentau 愛 02:00, October 23, 2011 (UTC)
ShounenSuki confirmed my version. Here's is correction of it: 「うちはのアジト…あそこにイタチがいる。……。決着をつける時がきた…イタチ…この俺の憎しみを見せてやる。たっぷりとな。」 ("Uchiha no ajito… Asoko ni Itachi ga iru. …… Ketchaku o tsukeru toki ga kita… Itachi… kono ore no nikushimi o misete yaru. Tappuri to na.") Seelentau 愛 14:26, October 23, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Sig

I think so. I've seen people adding sig pages so they use it as templates for their signatures. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:44, October 23, 2011 (UTC)

You have to subst the sig when using it. SimAnt 03:30, October 23, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Sakumo's VA

I don't really pay much attention to VA's. I assume that it was taken either from imdb, which is usually a reliable source for roles played, or maybe from a video game credit. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:09, October 26, 2011 (UTC)

Re: English TV

I have never watched the anime in English, so I have no idea what they call every technique. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 15:13, October 29, 2011 (UTC)

Me neither. I live in Germany and don't even own a TV ;) Seelentau 愛 18:05, October 29, 2011 (UTC)

I haven't played any of them in a while. I have many Pokémon games, three Zelda games (OoT, MM and TP), and Harry Potter games. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 16:14, November 13, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Kanji

...uh? Where does that term come from? Do you want it to be translated or what? Could be something like 蠢くの女 'ugomeku no onna'. But I'd ask ShounenSuki, he might know a more fitting translation. Seelentau 愛 18:31, November 13, 2011 (UTC)

Well, I translated it :D Dunno if it's correct, though. Well, it IS correct, but I'm not sure if it's a 100 percent correct. Maybe Suki-senpai knows a better translation. Seelentau 愛 19:09, November 13, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Question

Yes and no. ヘルプミー sounds ridiculous to me, like it was being used by someone trying way too hard to sound hip and cool, or a foreigner in an anime or manga. 助けて can mean 'help me', but it doesn't actually specify who the one who needs the help is. It can also be 'help him', for instance. Of course context would clear that up in basically every situation.

Why do you need this, if I may ask? —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 22:29, November 19, 2011 (UTC)

Never heard of it, but I'd be willing to help you out a bit with translations. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 16:12, November 27, 2011 (UTC)
Yes, 'Kurosawa' (黒澤) means 'black swamp' and 'ke' () means 'family' or 'house'. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 11:29, December 13, 2011 (UTC)
I just realised I never translated that one article you requested >< Here it is:
  • Great Hall (1): A great hall divided by fusuma. When all the fusuma are opened, you can see all the way through the room in a straight line, but this does create spaces on the sides where something might be lurking.
    • 大広間(1): 襖(ふすま)で仕切られた大広間。全ての襖を開ければ、部屋を一直線に見通せるが、脇には何かが潜んでそうな空間ができてしまう。
  • Great Hall (2): Inside this great hale is a solemn kamidana enshrined. It is said that you could see huges traces of blood underneath the kamidana, but those cannot be seen now. It is rumoured that this is from the time when the family head who completely murdered all the people from Himuro family committed suicide by sword in this place.
    • 大広間(2): 大広間の奥には、重々しい神棚が祭られている。神棚の真下には、巨大な血の痕があったというが、今は見えない。氷室家の人間を全て殺しつくした当主が、この場で自刃した時のものだと噂されている。
  • Great Hall (3): With the shōji broken, it looks like they won't even budge. Through the tears in the shōji, you can see the great hall. when you peek beyond the tears in the shōji, it will seem as if the closed fusuma will one by one start to form gaps…
    • 大広間(3): 障子は壊れていて、びくとも動かない。破れた障子の隙間から、大広間が見える。破れた障子ごしに覗いていると、閉まっていた襖が次々と開き始めるのを見たものもいるらしい…

I have no idea when dubbed episodes air anywhere. I don't live in the US, so I have no idea who airs which episode when. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:00, November 23, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Templates

I don't know what the clr template does, but I can see it's used in the userbox template, I don't think either of those is used. I believe those might be some of those templates that might come preset when you create a wiki, though I'm not sure. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 14:37, January 1, 2012 (UTC)

I do not really care if he's the danmed admin he shoul'd really get lost—This unsigned comment was made by ShinobinArutOxx (talkcontribs) .

Re: Episodes

The only companies that have the legal right to stream Naruto are Hulu, Joost, and Crunchyroll. Hulu does not allow all countries to view, and joost is not currently using their rights. Also we should be able to easily link to episodes through Special:Crunchyroll, if/when wikia decides to improve it how i suggested months ago. — SimAnt 05:03, January 9, 2012 (UTC)

Re: Episode 113

You mean Shippūden episode 113? The only official source for dubbed episodes I ever found is in at Talk:List of Animated Media. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 13:54, January 17, 2012 (UTC)

I think it's more prudent to wait until the day to see if it actually shows up online. Someone will probably edit the Wikipedia episode lists as well. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 18:37, January 19, 2012 (UTC)
Unless I'm missing something, I don't see any airdate list on that link. The Internet I'll have access to for the next three weeks or so isn't very good, so I won't be able to see the streams if that's where the dates are. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:43, January 25, 2012 (UTC)
