READ THIS BEFORE REQUESTING A USERBOX
This page is for you to request a Userbox from myself. I cannot guarantee a completion time so please don't bug me if I don't get to your request!
Requests should be given a heading with your username and the type of userbox you are requesting. It should follow with details of what you want the userbox to contain and the colours it should have. Unsigned requests will be ignored and unregistered users may not request a userbox here.
