Just to show that the filler character shared some traits with the canon character, since both was a part of the same group (according to the anime). Jacce | Talk | Contributions 06:08, May 8, 2010 (UTC)
Since we have an article about him, we have to add info about him, and since the anime decided to add a member of the seven swords that hasn't been seen in the manga, we still have to write that he was a member. And to write that he shared some traits was a manga member just shows how the anime director created him. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 05:17, May 9, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Canon Information
Once again...the wiki covers both canon and non canon information. Removing the anime information from the Ko's article means you'd have to do the same for all the articles which is ridiculous. This is why the distinction of it being anime only information was made. So please stop causing unnecessary work for us. --Cerez365 (talk) 18:39, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
You are stating it MIGHT be canon by stating that he MIGHT be from the main branch because of having no curse seal. If something is shown in the anime then that means it is not canon unless the manga or a databook says otherwise. SeaTerror (talk) 18:42, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
- I have a perfect understanding of what the word 'canon' means as it pertains to information. You however fail to understand what the inclusion of both anime and manga information is. If you can find a better way to rephrase the statement then be my guest however, it's not going to be removed.--Cerez365 (talk) 18:48, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
Canon never refers to false information.
Official dictionary definition: "The works of an author that have been accepted as authentic: There are 37 plays in the Shakespeare canon. Compare apocrypha ( def. 3 )"
Urbandictionary: "A piece of work -usually in reference to literature- that was written by the original author. Spin-offs, fan fiction, and any work not written by the original author of that fictional universe is considered non-canon. I got sad at the end of Rurouni Kenshin: Seisouhen. Good thing it took out a lot of chunks from the original plot and wasn't written by Nobuhiro Watsuki, or else it would have been considered canon. :D 19:00, December 21, 2010 (UTC)SeaTerror (talk) Oh my GOD that Naruto fan fiction SUCKED! Thank God it wasn't canon."
Also I had the perfect solution for that and was about to edit the page to reflect it before it was locked. If it won't be removed completely then "In the anime where his back story is expanded, he is shown without a curse mark."
That is the best solution to make it neutral. SeaTerror (talk) 19:00, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
- Once again, "I have a perfect understanding of what the word 'canon' means" You however, need to understand that we deal with canon and non-canon information. If you'd thought of a compromise before instead of vandalizing the page it wouldn't have been locked.--Cerez365 (talk) 19:06, December 21, 2010 (UTC)
I forgot to comment before but you obviously don't know what vandalism is. SeaTerror (talk) 16:57, January 8, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Seven Swordsmen Infobox
Most of our infoboxes are set to have info automatically added to them by collecting data from other infoboxes. For example, Rasengan is a move used by five people: Minato, Jiraiya, Kakashi, Naruto and Konohamaru. By filling them in the Rasengan infobox, the five character infoboxes will add the technique to their jutsu lists. Same happens with teams, the only one actually requiring to be added to the infobox is the team leader, when there is one. I understand your concern for putting anime-only tags, but due to the nature of the templates, I don't know how to do that, or if it is possible, considering their current coding. Ask Simant, he's the one who maintains our infobox codes. Something similar to what you want is already done for anime-only jutsu, so porting that feature to another infobox maybe possible. - It has been done for a few days. SimAnt 00:07, January 11, 2011 (UTC)
I don't think you understand, or maybe you're looking at it from a different point of view. 'Pakura' was first illustrated in the movie Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire and then adopted into the manga along with Chūkichi and Gari. If you know the plot of the movie (stealing kekkei genkai from shinobi from different villages) then you'd see that it's because of this that it's mentioned that they aren't the same shinobi. It's there to say "yes she was inspired by the movie, but no they're not the same person".--Cerez365™ 12:48, November 1, 2011 (UTC)
