Re: Your Edits
The first step to becoming a better editor is to read the policies of this wiki. There is a Manual of Style and a variety of other tools there that will tell you what we're looking for when it comes to design and content. The second thing to do—if your edits are being reverted—is read the Edit Summary. There, if the user is doing things properly, you'll find the reason that your edit was reverted. From there, you can make an appropriate change. If you cannot find an edit summary, then go to that user's talk page and ask them why they reverted it in a polite manner. Their feedback can help you improve your editing as well. On the off chance that they are rude about your asking their reasoning, simply return to me, and I will handle the situation from there. ~ Ten Tailed Fox 18:16, April 10, 2015 (UTC)
- Pictures are something you need to be careful with. For one, they need to be properly sourced. You can find the guidelines for that at our image policy. Secondly, we don't want to jam pack a page full of images. Check around at some of the more complete articles and take note of the pictures that are placed there, where they are placed, and why they have been placed there. If the pictures you want to add don't line up with that criteria, then don't add them. If you're unsure about whether or not you should add them, don't be afraid to ask on the talk page. Other users can give you valuable feedback on whether or not the picture(s) is needed. Some pages are just not going to have the same picture volume as others and that is okay. Just remember: If you aren't sure, ask. The worst they could say is "No". ~ Ten Tailed Fox 04:04, April 11, 2015 (UTC)
