How do you make a telicon, because the Hyuga one is wrong. If anything it should be the Yin Yang symbol since it's everywhere in their clan, even their jutsus.

Why isn't the King of Hell not a sealing technique?

Fūinjutsu (封印術, Sealing Techniques) are a type of jutsu that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object.

That's what it's doing, taking Life Force energy from its victims and storing it within itself. It can even release Life Force energy that it has within itself to those recently killed.

It's the same as the Dead Demon Consuming Seal, minus taking the victim's soul.

The King of Hell isn't taking the victim's soul, it's taking their Life Force energy (essential chakra), which everyone alive has. That's why Chiyo was able to bring Gaara back to life by transferring her Life Force energy into him, allowing his soul to return to his body. So when Nagato used the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, the King of Hell was restoring Life Force energy to the recently deceased bodies, rejuvenating them.

We know what a soul looks like Soul Removal, so the King of Hell is surely not taking their souls. He's taking their Life Force energy and sealing it within itself, similar to how the Death God seals souls within itself.

What I meant be rejuvenating was that the restored Life Force energy heals the body as well, repairing the injuries that prevented the body from functioning.

When the King of Hell takes the Life Force energy of the victim, it eats it, indicating that it's storing it within itself. But I'll give you that it's not said anywhere that the King of Hell is sealing the energy, and that there's no Sealing Mark left behind (that we can see). So I'll let this drop.

However, let me say this one thing. The King of Hell is terrible at interrogating, since it kills the victim that has the info. The Human Path is much better at interrogations since it just takes the info from the victim's mind. That's why I say the King of Hell's main function isn't interrogation, but "removing" the Life Force energy of beings that have done negative actions/karma (e.g. lying). Again, as an interrogation method, it's not that useful. But if its able to remove impure Life Forces, such as demons or truly evil individuals, it can be quite useful, especially in the days of the Sage of the Six Paths.

For a lack of a better word, the Life Force energy the King of Hell is restoring is "generic". Since it's pretty much energy that is essential for life, it can be transferred to any deceased body. Similar to how Chiyo can transfer her Life Force to Gaara. The Life Force didn't belong to Gaara, but even so he could still use it. So the Life Force energy that was restored to Kakashi and Fukasaku was not the energy they "originally" had, but the Life Force energy of other individuals that have been collected by the King of Hell deity, which has been around before Nagato, perhaps even before the Sage.

But again it's never said if Nagto had the King of Hell release the Life Force energy that was stored within itself, or if it was simply acting as a medium for Nagato. So I'll let it drop. Hopefully the next Databook will give some more info on the summon/deity.

All those options are valid words for various strong winds. However, I would like to give you some advice:

Kishimoto-sensei seems to be keen on chosing words that can somehow be turned easily into X Release (X遁, Xton). I sincerely doubt he's going to change this in the future. If you're going to theorise on the unknown natures and releases, pick words and concepts that can be abbreviated into one kanji without losing meaning. Like lava (溶岩, yōgan) and Lava Release (熔遁, Yōton).

All the words you proposed have their primary meaning inside the kanji for wind, which is already used in Wind Release. Most of the wind-related kanji are uncommon, though.

颪 (oroshi, wind from the mountains) → Mountain Wind Release (颪遁, Oroshiton).
飆 or 飃 (tsumujikaze, whirlwind) → Whirlwind Release (飆遁 or 飃遁, Hyōton).
凩 (kogarashi, wintry wind) → Wintry Wind Release (凩遁, Kogarashiton).

My favourite is a kanji you suggested, though:

颱 (tai, typhoon) → Typhoon Release (凩遁, Taiton).

This last one would be perfect. It's rather well known, despite being uncommon, It was the meaning of a very strong wind, and it has a pronunciation that hasn't been used so far. The nature would probably be called Typhoon (颱風, Taifū).

That said, I was looking at your page and saw your theoretical Vacuum Release. it's a nice possibility, but Vacuum release would be 空遁 (Kūton). Your Shinton means True Release.
