Make your own jutsu? Edit

No, the Narutopedia is only for canon information, strictly an encyclopedia about facts. Fanfics, fan jutsu, and any other non-cannon stuff should go to the Naruto Fanon Wiki. We used to be more lenient in the past, however allowing people to add fan stuff to the wiki and use it for general discussions only caused issues. People abused that privilege to much, never contributed anything useful to the wiki, and acted uncivil towards the users that were actually working to make the wiki better.
