Genes work in many ways. Take Sharingan for example. Not all Uchiha have the Sharingan, they must awake it. It's different from the Byakugan, which every Hyūga is born with. Kekkei Genkai are abilities which are dependent on genetics, not necessarily inherited. Shikotsumyako also showed up in few members of the Kaguya clan. As long as you have the genes to perform the techniques, you have the kekkei genkai, despite how you got it. So what if Tsunade and Tobirama didn't have the genes, it's still a kekkei genkai because it depends on genetics. Yamato and Danzō got spliced with Hashirama's DNA and they could perform Wood Release because of that. Aburame, Yamanaka and Nara clans do not possess kekkei genkai, that's a common and unfortunate misconception. Aburame and Nara clans use Hiden jutsu. On theory, everyone can learn them, but because people from the clans are secretive about the techniques, they don't teach it to others. Yamanaka clan techniques are also thought by most fans to be Hiden (when not kekkei genkai), but those techniques were not listed as Hiden in the databooks, they even have ranks, something Hiden jutsu doesn't have, because others don't know how to perform them, and ranks are given based on complexity of the technique. The only Hiden jutsu ever to be given a rank is one of Suigetsu's techniques. Databooks have explicitly called every documented Wood Release technique so far as kekkei genkai. They're kekkei genkai without doubt. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 20:24, October 17, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Revived Characters?
Technically the revived persons are still dead, otherwise Kabuto wouldn't have manged to bring them back. So we have kept them as "deceased".
During the battle against Nagato Hanzo used the Body Flicker Technique (also known as the teleportation technique) to escape the dragon. Since it is one of the basic ninjutsu techniques that (almost) everybody can use, we don't list them unless there is a user that was/is famous for using it. Re: Dance of the Crescent Moon
I'm sorry I didn't get what you put there " If somehow all three of the shadow clones that are created by this attack are avoided this attack gives the user the perfect opportunity to attack from a blindspot above the target. I didn't get the bolded. --NejiLoverr26 (Talk-Contribs.-Links) 07:51, May 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Friend, we can just say "the two clones were diversions, while the real attacks the enemy". Can it be? Yes I get your explanation. :D --NejiLoverr26 (Talk-Contribs.-Links) 09:50, May 14, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Elemental combination theory?
Thanks. In the early days of the page, I did consider something like Fire + Fire = Blaze, but that was only because the other options were very strange, and made no sense at all. Blaze Release is the only reason I ever did that, since Blaze doesn't depart much from the idea of Fire. Once Yin Release and Yang Release were revealed, things started making much more sense. Some of the ideas I used to list like that are in the last sections of the page, but those aren't listed as a combination of basic components, just stronger versions, for example, Moon Release and Sun Release would be stronger forms of Yin Release and Yang Release.
