Re: Baki Edit
True about the durability, but there's no point in removing the mention of him commanding military operations. Also, when commenting on talk pages, sign your posts with four tildes (~). Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 21:13, April 23, 2011 (UTC)
- And his high position is an indicator of his abilities. He wouldn't have been put in charge if he was weak. Also, you don't need to create a new topic in talk pages every time you edit, you should use the same topic if you're talking about the same thing. And you still have to begin signing your posts. Just put in four tildes → ~~~~. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 21:49, April 23, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Ebizō Edit
Thanks for the source but to be honest I don't know what our position is on information from that site so I asked around. I'll get back to you as soon as I hear something.--Cerez365™ 22:49, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
Yea, iUnderstand, iTS an open source. The site ws created by Viz media N iM sure they get all they're info from kishimoto,
Well there's some information about him in the databook about his tactical skills and I'm going to add it to his artice but as for the title "brains of the sand" we won't be using it exactly.--Cerez365™ 23:55, July 8, 2011 (UTC)
lol, Understood, Can we talk about the trivia of the kazekage. it sounds like its being written wrong. iChanged it but Omi Wht ever the name is keeps changing it. Gaara's dad did not use sand, its gold DUST. and the only two kage's known to use forms of sand were the thrid and fifth.
If he's changing it then there's probably a very good reason, you can take that up with him if you want or leave a message about it on the article's talk page. Though I consider stuff like that unnecessary since it's like saying that 3 of the 5 Hokage are related. It'll probably turn out that the Third Kazekage is related to the Fourth and Gaara.--Cerez365™ 00:11, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, Thts truu, N Dont you think its contradicting that the first and second kazekages are switched, Even though the book may have said tht, The anime and other sites have already put tht on their sites, and the picture posted states other wise, iT may confuse some viewers.
Re: ??? Edit
I thought you read my reply in the edit summary. Though the English term for what the Fourth Kazekage uses is "gold dust", the kanji for it literally mean "sand gold", much like the kanji for "iron sand" actually read "sand iron". The change happens due to the translation, but the actual term used is something akin to "gold sand". In an unrelated note, sign your posts when commenting on talk pages. Put in four tildes (~~~~), or use the signature button, the fourth one from right to left in the icon bar which shows up when you edit. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:37, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
iUnderstand but tht is just a step to far. If the manga said gold dust why not just put Gold dust, There's no reason to go thusfar (IKiddMarss (talk) 01:08, July 9, 2011 (UTC))
The manga is written in Japanese. As fas as the Japanese language goes, what the the Fourth Kazekage uses is considered and called a type of sand, so we must note that as well. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 01:10, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
Every manga site iVe seen and read from said dust, But iTs still gold iGuess, lol
iDkk, iT was just on mind, iF all the manga sites say Dust, iWould'nt make an assumption on my own even if the kanji is tht, (IKiddMarss (talk) 01:23, July 9, 2011 (UTC))
It isn't contradicting, the information is presented as we get it. That's why in the same section it says "Despite the removal of Shukaku, Gaara can still use his sand like before. According to Sasuke at the Kage Summit, Gaara's Absolute Defence is still alive and well...." So it's him as a jinchūriki then his post jinchūriki abilities. You don't have to make concessions for his abilities when all the information is there.--Cerez365™ 21:49, August 12, 2011 (UTC)
Recent Edits Edit
If you continue to persist with the removal of both relevant and correct information from articles, I see little other option than to report you to one of the admins, which will likely result in your block as what you are doing constitutes as vandalism. Blackstar1 (talk) 13:50, September 25, 2011 (UTC)
- Both pieces of information have been verified by ShounenSuki's translations, what you have read, at least in regards to Steaming Danger Tyranny, is a simple mistranslation found with Mangastream's scanlation. Report me if you wish but it will only result in one of the admins telling you the exact same thing that I myself have said. Blackstar1 (talk) 13:59, September 25, 2011 (UTC)
Mangastream are frequently wrong and are definitely not the most accurate source on matters concerning translations, which mainly comes about as a result of them prioritising speed over accuracy. Information regarding Steaming Danger Tyranny can be found here, whereas information about the Third Raikage can instead be found at the very bottom of this section and as you'll see, it was originally Cerez365 himself who prompted ShounenSuki to translate the segment that refers to the Raikage as the greatest. Blackstar1 (talk) 14:14, September 25, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Greatest Raikage Edit
It isn't propaganda lol. You can see it here it says "Naruto the hero vs. The strongest past Raikage" given that it was just text in the chapter I made sure to ask Shounensuki for a direct translation. I also made note of the use of the word "greatest" in the trivia. There's no doubt especially with the choice of word Kishimoto picked.--Cerez365™ 17:00, September 25, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Kazekage Edit
Yeah, there was some recent upheaval on the Kazekage front. In the more recent databook entry it listed the bald dude as Shodaime Kazekage and the masked one as the Nidaime. We got if directly from Shounensuki.--Cerez365™ 14:48, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
Well you can take it up with him. I'm sorry to say, but I personally put more stock in what he says as opposed to you. You can read what he said about the matter here.--Cerez365™ 14:57, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
I don't think mistakes are prone to happen in the databooks. Kishimoto actually takes a lot of time to compile it personally. So far, there's only been two (2) 'mistakes' that I know of and in either case Kishimoto's entitled to changing his mind.--Cerez365™ 15:10, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
