It's an interesting idea. On Wind Nintaijutsu, we don't know if the Flight Technique is indeed Wind Release, though it's likely. I wouldn't use the Wood Release example, because Yamato didn't really flow chakra through his body, he just made a shell around himself. First of all thank you for replaing. About Wind - two things came to my head: flying and invisibility. I decided that flying is more suitable after seeing this technique. But it's still just a speculation.

And about Wood - when I came with the idea of Hydration Technique to be a water chakra flow I thought that since water chakra (one of Wood's basic elements) may change users body so drastically then Wood should do something similar (+ making users body harder like earth chakra). Then I thought about Yamato's Wood transformation.
