If an information such as rank isn't given in the article, it's because it wasn't provided in any official source. It's pointless to ask such questions in talk pages. Technique ranks most often come from databooks. In fact, the only technique I recall being given a rank as a character mentioned it in the manga was Rasengan. Character ranks are also most often given through databooks, though some of them are also given in the manga. For example, we know C and Darui are jōnin because Suigetsu mentions them as such during the Kage Summit. As Ilnarutoanime mentioned in the section above this one, sign your posts in talk pages. Drop the "!!!!!!!!!!!!" and "?????????????" in talk pages, it's not useful, and it looks ugly. It's not proper talk page decorum. When you ask something, do it in a single talk page. Today you asked in the Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique talk page the same thing you asked in the S-rank talk page. Don't. You also don't need to do such a detailed description of what you're asking. People know what the techniques you mentioned are, and who their users are.
