Re: Harrasment Edit

He's not harassing at all. Narutopedia:Userpage policy is the guideline we have for UserPages. Minor contributions here and there don't warrant an extravagant user page. If you plan to edit in the future that is your choice, but being on the wiki with the majority of the contributions being on User Pages is not good.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 03:42, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
