We use UK English on this wiki. Also, I saw your edit on Sarah Manley's talkpage. While some characters are descendants to certain clans it is not sure they have the clan name as surname, like if it is just the mother coming from a clan. Examples of this are Nagato, Tsunade and Karin. So until they been called Nagato Uzumaki or Tsunade Senju or something, they remain just Nagato and Tsunade. I don't think a lot of people use UK English to be honest, most is American English so it could be a bit difficult to keep everything consistent.
Regardless, many of those words are pretty much spelled the same and also, it needs to be clarified somewhere easy to find that the wiki uses UK English as I could not find it anywhere.
In the case of Tsunade and Karin, we don't really know enough to give them a surname however, I believe Nagato's parents are also Uzumaki though I am unsure, the lighting in the episode they appear in was not good enough to make anything out. Boredfan1 (talk) 06:51, July 6, 2013 (UTC)
Re: Notification Error
Alright, I submitted an error report to them with a screenshot of the issue so hopefully that will get the issue fixed though this is not the first time it has happened, I've seen it on other wiki's too.=Lord of the bored, User:Boredfan1= 09:05, April 17, 2014 (UTC)
Hello, Boredfan1. I have a question to ask of you: Are you intentionally removing others' posts, or do you simply not know how to edit on a wiki? I thought I'd ask, before I try and make this clear to you: Please do not remove others' posts from the talkpage. They are part of the public record, and not to mention, it is a violation of the talkpage policy. Repeated violations can possibly lead to a block. ★WindStar7125 06:39, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
Windstar, I NEVER removed anyone's post at all, I am careful to avoid that so obviously you are mistaken. Looking at you're link I can tell you this: When I edited, what suppodly was removed was NEVER there when I edited, I promise you that so obviously there is more going on then what can be seen at first glance. And for you're record, I have over six THOUSAND edits on Wikia and this has RARELY ever happened if ever so you saying that is an insult and not at all acceptable. I don't edit here often simple because it left a bad taste in my mouth but if you would click on the other wikis I favor, you might just see that I do know what I am doing when it comes to editing on Wikia. What is possible is those posts were being made while I was editing and so it appears as if I removed them, a simple unavoidable mistake.=Lord of the bored, User:Boredfan1= 18:23, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
- Well, then I would suggest that, while editing, you 1) Reload the page before publishing the edit and 2) Click on the "show changes" button to make sure you're not unintentionally removing things. And yes, you did indeed remove others' posts, albeit unintentionally (hence why you're blocked). ★WindStar7125 18:40, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
- Eh? Well, if I angered you, then I sincerely apologize, for that was not my intent. (And I was not the one that banned you, but, you were banned because you did repeatedly remove posts, somehow, even after being warned twice) Again, not my intention to be condescending or rude, so apologies. However, when you're unblocked, please try to make sure you're not unintentionally removing things next time. ★WindStar7125 19:03, November 14, 2015 (UTC)
