Delicate Illness Extraction Technique

Could you please answer my question here? and stop changing Sakura's Part 2 height? --ShounenSuki 00:55, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

AMTNinja, please do not use as a source for your images. Please read over our image policy as most of the images you have been uploaded have been tagged for deletion. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 9, 2008 @ 02:39 (UTC)

AMTNinja, please stop revert waring. We've had this issue in the past with Medical Ninjutsu: Strong Beam. No-one has ever provided actual citation beyond speculation that Sakura can use that jutsu, thus it should not be added unless you can provide proper citation. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 13, 2008 @ 23:02 (UTC)

hey... can you add sakura blizzard technique to?... thanks a lot!--Yoyipop

Jacce always removes those techniques

Yeah, i mean why get rid of the first and only jutsu of Sakura's in her list of Jutsu. She deserves it! She's cool! --AMTNinja 04:05, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

AMTNinja, please stop revert warring. The name we go by is Konoha 11, not Hidden Leaf 11, please stop changing the name against community consensus. As well Mystical palm is a generic medical ninja jutsu, and Sakura only uses Strong beam in a game, so both of those jutsu are not listed in the infobox. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 20, 2008 @ 04:55 (UTC)

ok, well u can't use "we" unless everyone agrees! besides, I made that freaking trivia and i don't think it's a big deal if its Hidden Leaf 11 or Konoha 11. And seriously, If a person uses the jutsu just keep the freaking jutsu in there info box, geez! If they've used in games or watever, keep it in, wat does it matter! It gives Naruto viewers the info they want and need! --AMTNinja 05:00, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

I use "we" because it was decided by community consensus that the wiki would use "Konoha" rather than "Hidden Leaf", if you want to change it to something else, then you'll have to find reasonable rationales to counter the previous ones and engage the community in a new discussion.
The Jutsu list in the infoboxes are not meant to be exhaustive lists, they are only supposed to list a small subset of the jutsu that the character can use (canon jutsu, which the character actively uses or is unique to them). All other jutsu will be listed in an alternate location automatically in the future. If we were to list every jutsu a character could possibly know inside of infoboxes, then Infoboxes could easily end up longer than an entire article for some characters. That is not useful to readers. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 20, 2008 @ 05:10 (UTC)

Albeit, in Sakura's case at least, we know she can use mystical palm and it's been shown several times and if your going to get rid of the jutsu from the games, ur gonna have to delete all the ohter artciles and pages with jutsu that came from games. And while ur at it, u might as well just delete everything regarding to the games as well, if they're not so important. —This unsigned comment was made by AMTNinja (talkcontribs) on 22:15, December 19, 2008.

Listing a game jutsu inside of an infobox has no correlation to jutsu articles. We still put up articles on game jutsu on the wiki, we just don't bloat the infoboxes with all the jutsu that the games create. If you see any infoboxes with game only jutsu, feel free to remove the game only jutsu. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 20, 2008 @ 05:29 (UTC)

Well, thanks, but I don't really wanna take the time to do all that. However, I did delete the jutsu listed in infoboxes that we have not seen the selected article character actually use! Like u said...

Killer Bee

Could you please stop calling Killer Bee the "first African American character in Naruto"? He isn't African American. --ShounenSuki 23:00, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Killer Bee isn't African American. Stop saying he is. He isn't even the first black character. --ShounenSuki 23:11, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Are you just ignoring me or something? --ShounenSuki 23:14, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

u r blind?!? wat! I suppose u think Killer Bee is white huh! Look, he has been stated as of African American descent and has been shown as such despite him appearing on a japanese show! and please tell me who the first one is? --AMTNinja 23:17, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

To be African American, you have to live in America (usually the USA) and be of African decent. Killer Bee is neither, since there are no Africa and America in the Naruto world.
Killer Bee is obviously black. He isn't the first character that can be considered black, though. That honour would belong to Kidomaru. --ShounenSuki 23:22, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

well if u knew any better about race, u'd know that the polite way to say black is african american! I figured if i used that, that some african american members here wudnt get offended, thank you very much!!! and please, tell when and where kidomaru HAS EVER been named or called black, despite him almost looking like it, considering he's of lighter skin! --AMTNinja 23:27, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

I think that if you called a Zimbabwean or Mozambican "African American," they'd be heavily insulted. The same goes for black people living in e.g. the Netherlands or the United Kingdom. "African American" only refers to people of African decent living in America.
Kidōmaru is as black as many of the real-life black people I know. Sure, his skin could be darker, but that's where opinion comes into the matter. It all comes down to the point that it's useless to apply real-life races to characters from an entirely different world. --ShounenSuki 23:35, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Well, if u have a better word other than "Black" or "African American", please tell me, and btw ur basing kidomaru only by the way he looks, and if a person is a lighter skin color of black then its most likey becuz they're not full black, or black at all, plus u can't compare him to ppl only YOU know, alright? but all in all, I feel that that trivia statement shud stay, but with slight revision.

I don't see what's wrong with "black," really. As far as I know, it's still the term used most often worldwide.
Anyway, the trivia statement should go, since it's too subjective. --ShounenSuki 23:47, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

well there are some ppl who are black and like to be referred to as african american or something else. Black is to direct and blunt! and I think it shud stay, so it shows a little ethnic variety that goes on in Naruto. --AMTNinja 23:52, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Yes, and those people are likely all inhabitants of the USA, which is about the only place in the world where "black" is considered derogatory. In the rest of the world, it's just about neutral and the most common term to refer to dark-skinned people.
I also checked Kidōmaru's skin in the manga (on the cover of volume 24) and he's almost as black as Killer Bee. There's barely any difference. --ShounenSuki 23:58, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
Look, no matter wat u say, there are ppl who find black derogatory, and some of those ppl, as u stated, r probably from the US, and might be members here, like me! So, i'd rather we not use black, unless desribing an actual color of an object or something!
in the manga maybe, but in the anime he's light-skinned! --AMTNinja 00:04, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
Then those people are in bad luck, because "black" is the standard term. Would you rather use negro? negroid? nigger? There is no other, more positive term. World-wide, the term "black" is considered neutral. Just because a few people from a single country think otherwise shouldn't make us use another term. Certainly not if that term is plainly wrong.
The fact that Kidōmaru is as black as Killer Bee in the manga means the trivia is false. Kishimoto Masashi, the creator of the series, decided that both are equally black. That the anime made Kidōmaru lighter isn't important. (they could easily do the same to Killer Bee, if he hasn't shown up in the anime yet). The fact that even Kidōmaru's anime skin colour can be considered black means that the trivia doesn't even apply to just the anime. It shouldn't be in the article. --ShounenSuki 00:18, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

well, wheres this state that masashi said they were both equally black! and u cud use african instead, and i still think it shud be up with slight revision! --AMTNinja 00:25, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Kishimoto coloured them both about the same shade of dark brown. That's enough evidence I'd say.
I could use "African". There's just one problem, though... they're not from Africa. Nor is Africa the only place that has black people. --ShounenSuki 00:28, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
I'm going to step in here, Yes, people of color are a rarity in Naruto. But lets not single them out because of it.--TheUltimate3 00:32, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Shounensuki, that was not enough proof tho! that was hardly proof at all! Do u have any proof saying that he was the actual one who colored them that way? or that he was even the one who chose the color of those two? --AMTNinja 00:36, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

They are both official colourings by Kishimoto himself. He does all the coloured pages and covers, just as he is the one that draws and writes the manga. Even if he had help from his assistants, he still had the biggest hand in it and approved of it. --ShounenSuki 00:39, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

GUYS! WILL YOU STOP! Or AMTNinja's talkpage is going to end up like Malkhawam! Now, AMTNinja, please stop, you know that we're like good friends in this wikia, right? and, ShounenSuki, nothing much about you, but you contribute to this wiki heavily! That's all I know! Ok, now please stop and I'll say my conclusion here! I think you're both wrong! Masashi Kishimoto probably used different colors so that he could put a little more excitement into the story with different characters! Tell me which manga (that has at least coloring in it) that would have a japanese character? How many Blue colored hair do you see in the world? Is japanese people white people, NO! Therefore, none of it is either "African American" or "Zimbabwe" or "Mozambican", it's just different characters from another world! Happy? Thank you for reading. --Rasengan888 00:43, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

How about we all just stop looking at the skin color at all. It's really not that big of a deal.--TheUltimate3 00:45, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

all im saying is that shounesuki gave no proof, or citation, yet! wat if kishimoto was absent during the coloring of them? or wat if he had no contribution to the colors of them at all at the time? she doesnt know for sure if he did or not! so when she gets some proof, then she can come tlk to me! --AMTNinja 00:47, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

  • 1) You referred to Suki as a "she" so that brings me the question: Has my biggest ally/advisory been a she this whole time?!

2) It still does not matter. Skin color is a non issue.--TheUltimate3 00:50, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

SHUT UP! AMTNinja, do you have any proof that Kirabi is African American? Just say that you guys won't fight each other got it? You better say yes under my message. --Rasengan888 00:51, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Watch it Rasengan888. EDIT: Wrong person.--TheUltimate3 00:52, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
First of all, I'm a man and I have witnesses willing to testify that. Second of all, that coloured image of Kidōmaru is as canon as the rest of the manga. Disregarding it as possibly non-canon means you could just as easily disregard anything ever shown or said in the manga. Last of all, TheUltimate3 and Rasengan888 are right. Skin colour isn't important at all in the series. Let's just end this discussion. It's been going on far too long already --ShounenSuki 00:55, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
Feh, Dantman sure is lucky that he can say "hell" around here. But, I can stop the "cuss" words. Anyways, you guys better start apologizing right away, I mean right now, saying "I'm sorry". --Rasengan888 00:57, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

the reason im arguing is becuz shounensuki and other ppl are always right there to delete or re-edit something I do! it gets really annoying! they either say its becuz its wrong, or u have no proof, or its unsignificant, or we dont need it! I feel like Im being watched when i make an edit! --AMTNinja 00:59, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

No Rasengan888. You can say a wide spectrum of swears as long as they stop short of the "F" word simply because I'm a prude about that on a formal trying to be professional wikia. I said watch it, because you "verbally" attacked AMTNinja ('SHUT UP!' being in all caps, seems like an attack.) And Suki...Oh lordy no...Removed one of the words used for black folk...seriously..limits.

And AMTNinja, I'm going to be honest. I watch EVERYBODIES edits. I check peoples Contributions regularly. Be happy your not QF, I check pretty much to revert his biased edits.--TheUltimate3 01:04, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

First off, people does have different views and ideas. Like you, AMTNinja. But, when this goes out too long, they're will be uttered and long-lasting rivals. Just like Malkhawam, who got banned for one year for revert warring and trying to "slick" in here. Now, if a majority seems to beat you, than you have to surrender! I'm sorry, but I go with my vote on ShounenSuki to stop and end this argument, and to stop the color issue. Second, people are watching because every edit that's on this wiki always go to the Community Page and History page. --Rasengan888 01:04, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

of course u wud agree with him! but like i said, my main argument was just fueled by the color issue! that editing thing is wats really pissing me off! --AMTNinja 01:07, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

First, I will apologise for using certain derogatory terms. Although I used them to point out they were, in fact, derogatory, I could have been more subtle. I'm sorry.
Second, I will not apologise for this discussion Rasengan888. I still stand by my point, I did nothing wrong, there is no need for me to apologise. Nor do I see a need for ATMNinja to apologise.
Third, ATMNinja, if so many of your edits get reverted, perhaps you should try and find out why, instead of getting angry at the reverters. There might simply be an underlying problem that can be easily solved. --ShounenSuki 01:14, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

that may be! but there are always those ppl who re-edit stuff just for the sake of doing it, becuz they like to have things there way. --AMTNinja 01:17, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

That's good, we have this topic closed until AMTNinja apologizes for revert warring. For now, nobody talk in this talkpage until he apologizes--Rasengan888 01:18, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

well im definitely not gonna apologize for revert warring, but i guess i cud for allowing this to go a lil too far, but rasengan888, u also need to apologize for telling us to shut up, becuz u can't juts come into a conversation and tell ppl to shut up like that... especially considering that ur not technically the boss here and now --AMTNinja 01:51, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Sure, sure, sure I'll apologize for that then. Until then, topic's closed. --Rasengan888 01:59, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Revert warring

AMTNinja, revert warring does not help the wiki, and you're displaying a tendency to revert war very often. If someone reverts an edit you made, please take a discussion to the talkpage instead of causing trouble by unreverting. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 21, 2008 @ 23:18 (UTC)

look here! Eevry time i make a freakin' edit, u or that one shosensuki person are always the FIRST ones t try and find something wrong with it and delete, which leads to an argument. But, fine, I'll just make a talk page for everything I edit! that way when eventually try to delete it, we can argue over that as well.

cant we just ban him?

C&P Moves

AMTNinja, please do not copy and paste articles to move them, it breaks edit history and violates the GFDL by obfuscating the history and revmoing attribution to those who edited the article.

Additionally please actually look at talkpages before you try moves, you went and reverted article improvements back to use of a fan name. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 24, 2008 @ 19:46 (UTC)

AMTNinja, I have already warned you once. Please do not copy the content of an article into another page to move it. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 27, 2008 @ 06:32 (UTC)

wat do u do to move it then! --AMTNinja 06:36, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Hit the move tab at the top of the page, if there is another page in the way, then ask someone like me with Sysop powers to move the page for you. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 27, 2008 @ 06:39 (UTC)

Hey, you know about that Episode 101? Yeah, I did make it, in fact, that was my first ever made article. Um, I redirected Episode 101 to Gotta See! Gotta Know! Kakashi-Sensei's True Face! instead spelling all that out, so it should be fine. --Rasengan888 22:04, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

I think that you're a pretty good person in this wikia, for some apparent reason. To show that, you can be allowed to share my userpage. If you either agree or disagree, then talk on my usertalk. --Rasengan888 00:21, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

Um, meaning that you can edit my userpage. Make sure you don't touch the dates, 'cause that's practically my debut history. I think I have three other users sharing too. --Rasengan888 00:27, 25 December 2008 (UTC)

AMTNinja, could you leave Shippūden as "Shippūden" within articles instead of changing it to "Shippuden". ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 25, 2008 @ 00:31 (UTC)

Re: Gamariki

I'd love to help you with what I can, but I don't really watch the anime. I can still look up names and such if you wish. --ShounenSuki 21:50, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

Re: Gen'yūmaru

"Gen'yū" can mean something like "reason" when written as 原由. It could also mean "existing" when written as 現有. However, Gen'yūmaru's name is written as neither. It's written as 幻幽丸, with the first kanji meaning "illusion" (as in genjutsu), the second kanji meaning "confine to a room" and the third kanji meaning "circle" (a common ending of Japanese male names, e.g. Shikamaru or Orochimaru). --ShounenSuki 22:30, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

ok, then i shud probably re-edit my entry a lil lol --AMTNinja 22:42, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Re: Infobox

There is a form discussion on the Infoboxes...I just dont know what it is.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 20:25, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

Ask the people who would know. Dantman.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 20:27, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

The infoboxes are not ready for use. There are issues with the form and other bits in the infobox. Using them right now just causes me problems because they can screw up data in pages while I'm working on them. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 4, 2009 @ 22:21 (UTC)

Yes, having them back to normal would be best for now. I have 3 articles I'm using for tests right now listed in a message in the infobox. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 5, 2009 @ 05:57 (UTC)

Re: Elemental Icons

I'm really glad you like my icons ^^ I created them with no real intent or purpose in mind, really. Dantman suggested creating them after i asked him if he had any ideas for more svg images. I was planning on using them for something (I sued a for the kekkei genkai title icons), but I postponed any plans until the Dantman was further along with the new infoboxes. It seems [[User:Sorrel|Sorrel}} has created a title icon template for chakra natures, though. However, I don't know how useful implementing that would be. I believe Dantman is planning on incorporating them in his jutsu infobox. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 00:58, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

Oh that would be cool! I noticed your wind icon is on the Wind Style: Rasenshuriken article, but it was green?! Was it like that before?! AMTNinja (talk) 20:06, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

Yeah, the Wind icon was always green. Couldn't think of a better colour for wind that wasn't in use already...
The Lava icon should work now, by the way. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 21:46, 5 April 2009 (UTC)

Note that we already have The Naruto Anime's Opening Themes. It's also possible we may already have yet another article lying around. They could probably use some fixing up so people can find them easier. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 15, 2009 @ 02:40 (UTC)

Oh gosh, that is a GREAT idea. I never thought about putting videos! Great thinking! My computer is a bit slow when it comes to uploading the videos, so I may not be able to help with that. Sorry... But seriously, good thinking!!!--NejiByakugan360 - Please respond on my Talk Page! 00:34, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

AMTNinja, the videos for the openings and closings are actually something that is fairly troublesome. We have never allowed usage like this before. There are a number of factors that are an issue here. It's copyrighted material, and the entire material is being reproduced so we can't claim fair use on it. It's roughly the equivalent of reproducing a pirated song. Along with that the videos are hosted on an external service which is known to be fairly unreliable when it comes to copyrighted media, I honestly wouldn't doubt that some day all those video pages may become dead links, that is a considerable issue for a wiki that is supposed to be standalone and not require link maintenance.

For now I'm going to remove the videos from the articles and put a plain non-quick {{delete}} tag on them. Could you open up some community discussion on the topic in the forum. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 17, 2009 @ 02:29 (UTC)

Go into the Forum:Narutopedia Discussion and type in a new topic name. The topic would be a discussion about getting consensus on whether or not we should allow the videos in the opening theme pages. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 17, 2009 @ 23:06 (UTC)

Re: Skin

There's a "skin" tab in your preferences menu. You should be able to change it there. I think you'll have to check the "Let the admins override my skin choice" option. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 20:31, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

Re: Demonic Haunts Disorder

The kanji and rōmaji are fine. However, I personally would have translated the name as "Revolt/Rebellion of the Haunts of Wicked Men". Also, the viz version of the name doesn't seem right. I believe it might be of another one of Tayuya's techniques; a genjutsu called Demon Flute: Phantom Sound Chains (魔笛・夢幻音鎖, Mateki: Mugen Onsa). --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 20:32, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

When adding info that can't be recognized by anyone (things from databooks and that kind of things), please add a source so those who has the databooks can test your statements. Thank you! ~Hakinu (talk | contribs) 23:52, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

AMTNinja, since you added some of the song articles, would you mind looking over's edits to lyrics? ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Jul 3, 2009 @ 05:24 (UTC)

Re: More Japanese Help

I would love to help you, but you'll have to give me a little more information. Those phrases you gave me could mean anything without context. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 12:00, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

I'm actually not familiar with the Street Fighter series, but thanks to your information, I was able to do some digging around ^^
Kikōshō (気功掌, Qìgōng Palm);
Kikōken (気功拳, Qìgōng Fist).
Qìgōng is a Chinese martial art using breathing exercises and slow, graceful movements to develop one's Qi and improve one's health. The name means something like "Qi cultivation." --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 21:19, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

Re: Soré?!

It is only a guess of course, but it sounds like she says "that" (それ, sore). She uses it as an interjection, so a better translation here would be "take that" or something similar. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 19:14, September 6, 2009 (UTC)
