I blocked you because you changed that information without ever providing a reason through the edit summary as to why you made that change. From time to time, we get vandals that change those numbers, and your constant changing of that without providing an explanation came across as vandalism. These numbers for that arc in particular draw a bit more edits, because manga chapters and anime episodes don't always match up, sometimes an episode covers the last chapter of one arc and the first one of the next, and as far as episodes go, we end up listing them according to what the DVDs say those episodes belong to. To add to the confusion, that arc was also preceded by a filler arc in the anime, so sometimes the episodes influence which chapter ends up being listed, due to an episode having stuff from two arcs. Now that you've properly explained it why you changed it, in particular the beginning of Naruto's training, and the fact we list the chapter as part of it, I see your point and agree with it.
