Ugatsu (ウガツ, Ugatsu) was a shinobi from Amegakure.
Background
Ugatsu was very skilled in infiltration. As a remnant of the former Amegakure loyal to Hanzō, he snuck back into the village to try and kill Pain. He was presumably killed in the failed attempt.
