Ugatsu (ウガツ) was a shinobi from Amegakure.
Background
As a remnant of the former Amegakure loyal to Hanzō, he snuck back into the village to try and kill Pain. He was presumably killed in the failed attempt.
Abilities
Ugatsu was said to be very skilled in the art of infiltration.[1]
