Ugatsu (ウガツ) was a shinobi from Amegakure.
Background
As a remnant of the former Amegakure loyal to Hanzō, he and two other Amegakure remnants snuck back into the village to try and kill Pain. He was presumably killed during the failed attempt.[2]
Personality
Ugatsu was extremely brave to be able to even try to assassinate Pain.
Appearance
Ugatsu had short spiky dark-coloured hair and dark-coloured eyes. He wore an Amegakure headband that came down in the back of his head covering his neck. He wore a gas mask over his mouth and a light bluish-coloured flak jacket with a white long sleeve shirt underneath it.
Abilities
Ugatsu was said to be very skilled in the art of infiltration.[1]
