Background
Not much is known about Tsuzumi's past. The anime revealed that he entered the Academy at the same time as Kakashi Hatake and others.[2]
Appearance

In the anime, Tsuzumi was with Riichi and several other guards outside the village wall when Pain attacked them. After Pain killed Riichi and the others, Tsuzumi attempted to flee to inform Tsunade of the incident.
