The Tsuchikage (土影, literally meaning: Earth Shadow) is the leader of Iwagakure and as such is the most powerful shinobi in the entire village. The First Tsuchikage is mentioned in the anime, but nothing more is none of him
The current Tsuchikage is a very short old man. Nothing much is known about him.
