Tobio (トビオ, Tobio) is a genin-level shinobi of Konohagakure.

Appearance Edit

He has spiky, black hair that he wears in a ponytail and dark eyes. He wore a grey shirt with blue trimmings on the sleeves and a flap of sorts on the back, a pair of pants along with the forehead protector of the village.

Tobio was in the same graduating class as the members of Rookie Nine. One day in class, he accidentally knocked Naruto (who was perched on the desk behind him) over causing him to accidentally kiss Sasuke.
