@Orihika.
Ino can one shot Ten Ten. She is pretty much fodder with only one good set of tools. The rest is useless. Just a simple Mind Transfer ends her.
Hinata beats her to a pulp. Just a simple Palm Bottom, ends Ten Ten. What does a Genin Ten Ten have that can get passed Hinata's Byakugan and Gentle Fist?

This is Part-1 Ino. I think so Ten-Ten can easily finish her off in few moves.
@Namikaze. Ino still had Mind Transfer, which only one person blocked in part 1 which was Sakura cause she had an "Inner Sakura". Last I checked, there is no inner Ten. So if Ino hit's Ten, she's done. I still have yet to see what Ten can do to either Ino or Hinata that can beat them. People like saying she can win but don't state how. I stated how Hinata and Ino could beat her. No one has stated what Ten can do to beat them and counter their attacks. Ino just one shots before Ten can do anything. Hinata's Byakugan and Gentle Fist allows her to easily block any instrument Ten throws at her. Then a Palm Bottom to end the fight.

Well But Sakura Was probably the weakest Genin there whose style of combat was short range. For Mind Transfer to work in Part-1 Ino has to immobilize the opponent. This is impossible when she faces Ten-Ten who is not only formidable in using weapons at mid-long range but also extremely mobile. The only reason why Ten-Ten loses to Temari was because she was using projectile attacks against a Wind User.
@Nami.
I re-edited my post. I stated how they could win. It's your job to prove how Ten can win. You have to state techniques and tools she's stated to have and how she would use them. You can't state she can win with no evidence to support it. Just doesn't work. Ino doesn't need her target immobilized, she just likes to do it for a guarantee.

I think so i just did.
Ino's main problem with Mind transfer is that if she misses its over. This is the main reason why she never used Mind Transfer without immobilizing in part-1. While a parlor trick like using chakra on hair stands could work on Sakura it will not work on someone who could potentially bombard her with sharp kunais and paper bombs all day. In the worst case scenario Ten-Ten can release her "scroll Dragons" to finish Ino in a single move. With Hinata I agree she has nice chance of winning against Ten-Ten. Its main reason why i didn't name her at all.
@LoneNinja
Either their opponent has to be distracted or immobile for the move to work. With an opponent like Tenten, whose is mostly an mid-range fighter, I don't see how this Ino can distract her. Tenten is also skilled in melee combat (including anime feast) that can match if not beat Ino. Ino's Mind Transfer or even Mind Destruction won't be a good use here. Ino's mind jutsus move in a straight line and isn't that fast, so Ino will most definitely need to be close and have Ino distracted to win. Her chakra rope was only used in desperation to confuse Sakura and her only as it will get her to lower her guard. The chances of that working on Tenten is very slim.
As for the topic, I think can either way depending on the scenario, but I believe Iwabee has more of a chance of winning as this Tenten never used explosive tags. Her explosive dragon can probably help, but I'm still siding with Iwabee here even though I really want Tenten to win.
@Namikaze and Rachin
This is Genin Ten. She isn't a long range fighter cause she does not have long range weapons. She doesn't use any explosive tags since she was never shown to use them in part 1. Mind Destruction alone will be the death of Ten. There's no risks from using it. It can also be used from long range. So all Ino has to do is keep her distance and use it until she hits. Meanwhile Ten is exhausting her resources trying to hit her or even get near her.
Iwabee can beat Ten Ten. His Earth Wall will protect him from anything she dishes out.
@LoneNinja
At the same time, Iwabee is hotheaded as shown when he faced the Byakuya Gang. That alone will be his downfall. Yes, he can use Earth Wall to protect himself against attacks, but as the anime shows, that's not all she has to offer. I don't see her being caught in it and I don't see him hiding behind it for long. I don't believe he can use it multiple times and still be fully functional. Tenten's explosive dragon alone was strong enough to cause a rather big explosion that is seen from sky view. She can descend a large amount of weapons with Twin Rising Dragons. In close combat, they sort of tie in my opinion, but I think Tenten is faster. I don't think his Rock Trail Technique will hit her although it can distract her, but I don't think it'd be much a convenience. Like I said, it could either way. It will not be a stomp whatsoever.
@Rachin
That can be debatable. Looking over a Genin Ten's capabilities, I don't see anything that will allow her to effectively dodge Iwabee's Bedrock Coffin. And anything Ten has can easily be countered by the various techniques, Earth Style Wall, Multiple Earth Style Wall, Tunneling, etc.
