Ah, that too.
To sum up, firstly, Jiraya stated Rinnegan gives it's wielder a complete mastery over all 5 nature transformations (along with the ability to master any jutsu in existence), and, secondly, Sasuke also has all these natures in the 4-th Databook profile.
"With the Rinnegan, the wielder can master any jutsu as well as all five nature transformations with ease"
I know. However, the way those two formulated it, it sounds as if it automatically gives the wielder the natures, something which is not true.

Ah that explains your comment. yea you're right.
Also:
Since when does Sasuke have access to all five elements? i would like to see proof

You contratict with the Nature Transformation page, where's said that asquiring the Rinnegan is one of the unnatural (i.e. not via the training and genius) ways to master all 5 elements, along with SPS, TSB, Kakuzu's EGF etc. But I don't want to start some debates cause answer to the question is given: Sasuke awakened the Rinnegan, mastered all the 5 natures and they got into his profile in the FD. End of the story.
There's a difference between "Gaining the Rinnegan and thus gaining all natures" and "Gaining the Rinnegan and thus gaining the ability to master all natures in a shorter time". The latter is correct, the first is not. That's what I was getting at.

Both reference the same manga page. It should be noted that while the Rinngan does not *grant* the ability to use all 7 elements with ease, it makes learning this *trivial*. Therefore, it's not a natural way to learn the elemental transformation (In the referenced chapter 375 Jiraiya says it's unprecedented in the ninja world that someone learns all transformations *by himself*)
So Sasuke has all elements, because he has the Rinnegan, not because it *grants* these elements but because it makes *learning these elements trivial*.
Anyway, the answer on the author's question is given.
