I created this chart to give my brother a clearer idea of how all these clans are connected to Kaguya. What do you guys think? Is it correct? Should I add anything else to it?

Same with Kinkaku and Ginkaku, except with Hagoromo. You could also add something for Zetsus maybe, not exactly a clan or family related to Kaguya.
Wait how are the gold and silver brothers related to Kaguya?
They're descendants of Hagoromo, but I'm guessing you misread my post as put Kinkaku and Ginkaku as an offshoot directly from Kaguya.
Kinkaku and Ginkaku have the body strong. They may be descendants of Asura. http://image.forumcommunity.it/7/7/2/2/0/8/5/1424030082.png (you copy the link into your browser)

Alright so the chart is good as it stands? http://kaguyaotsutsukiancestrychart.webs.com/
Hmm... the Uzumaki Clan are DIRECTLY descendants of Asura Otsutsuki? Well, it states on http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Uzumaki that the Uzumaki Clan originated from the Senju Clan (which is the only clan who directly came from Asura) so it takes us to the conclusion that Uzumaki Clan isn't really a straight descendant but a branch of the Senju which makes them related to Asura by being distant blood relatives.
Uzumaki are indeed descended from the Senju, so that's a mistake in the guy's chart.

A version of the Ōtsutsuki clan predates Kaguya, when Hamura and that version of the Ōtsutsuki clan began living on the moon Hamura created a new Ōtsutsuki, which is the one Toneri lived in.
@SweetNicole12, word DIRECT in genealogy mean that one can trace another as forefather (straight vertical line) Uzumaki being branch, root or even leaf of Senju can't change the fact of them being Asura's DIRECT decendants. About ancestry

Yeah, I know that. I'm just trying to clear up the fact that the Uzumaki Clan doesn't necessarily have to get a straight vertical line from Asura on the guy's chart. The line could simply come from the Senju Clan, like a horizontal line between them.

And that will still make them Asura's direct decendants.(they will just have some Senju dudes as their forefathers) Moreover by generation alone person from Senju clan can be more distant blood relative of Asura than one from Uzumaki clan.
And about Senju-Uzumaki origin i don't remeber Uzumaki even once stated to come from Senju(About Nagato he was stated to be blood relative and not decendant of Senju - but that's to translators to care) so @Jrvdominican can be right as well.
