Would the fued continue? If it did, who could the possible reincarnates be? Ashura's could be born into another descendant of the Uzumaki, but as for Indra? (Completely irrelevant and will not matter at the end, but just for the sake of debate.)

I think the cycle would continue. Was there actually clearly stated that Indra could reincarnate only as Uchiha? Uzumakis were distant relatives to Senju (distant enough to allow safe marriage between clans members) and it was enough for Asura reincarnation, so maybe there were distant relatives to Uchihas as well.
Of course there would be a matter of dispelling infinite tsukuyomi, though I think Kakashi and Sakura have means to do so (tailed beasts would be free after Sasuke's death and taking rinnegan from his corpse should be no problem)
i think even now, after the death of sasuke and naruto, the spirits of indra and ashura will keep being reborn :D
maybe a few hundred years later a boy will wake up and see his village destroyed and everyone killed, after that he will awake the sharingan ^_^
Bambusek, thats a valid point. I was thinking the Uchiha have an Uzumaki counterpart. I mean, all it would take somewhere down the line for an Uchiha to not have activated their sharingan and go "Screw the Uchiha. I don't need the Sharingan." and start their own clan.
Greatest Sin, I believe the cycle restarts about a year or so after both incarnations are dead, so for it to have been a few hundred, there could have easily been 3 incarnations between Sasuke and said victim.
haha if they both died in that battle i would of liked to see a statue of naruto up in the leaf village and since kakashi knew naruto was fighting to save sasuke he would of put a statue of sasuke up as well, or maybe even since they destroyed the valley of end they would replace those statues. But back to the matter at hand asura and indra would of just been reincarnated into someone else and the cycle would start over.
Yeah but the question was who. The Uchiha are completely extinct at that point in time. Even the Uzumaki is scattered like a game of 52 pick-up, not to mention there's probably only like a dozen left. Its kind of hard to decide not knowing the "Clan family tree" so to say.

Yeah, think the same. I once tried to determine how much time passed between Kanabi Bridge mission and Naruto's birth and it seems to be something between one to three years (it would be easy to guess if we know Kakashi's age during Kakashi Gaiden, as Hatake was 14 at the day of Naruto's birth). And Madara died not long after "saving" Obito.
In the first place, nobody would have been able to stop Toneri and everyone would be dead. The end.

Nope. In the movie the Cloud has a large cannon that they want to use and destroy the Moon before it crashes on Earth. So it would probably went like this: Toneri abducts Hinata, forces her to marry him and then when Moon gets blow up by the cannon they both dies.
Raining moon shards would still do some signifigant damage. As for Kakashi, is that confirmed? I thought he was 15? Because his birthday was a month before Naruto's, meaning he would of just turned 14. Not to mention Kakashi was 13 when he was promoted to Jonin, which happened during his Gaiden. So that means in less then a year span, Obito "died", was saved by Madara, Rin actually died, Obito takes on Madara's name, Madara dies (thus beginning the 'interval' period.), Obito takes on his name and meets all of the prerequisites of Madara, and in the anime, it shows Kakashi's days in the ANBU. At least a year and a half, but due to the timing of their birthdays, it would all depend on what time of year Kakashi'd Gaiden occurs. Completely off topic but I just wanted to clear that up. If not for you, for myself.
