So, back when Naruto was leaving to rescue Gaara, Jiraiya told Naruto not to use "That Jutsu". It's the end of the manga, what in the hell is that jutsu?!

I'm now assuming it was the jutsu also known as: "Ninja Art: Reverse Harem Jutsu". It's the only thing I can imagine Pervy Sage explicetly telling Naruto to never use.
I'm guessing it probably had something to do with his Eight Trigrams Seal, as Jiraiya had tinkered with it and it almost cost him his life.
i hope its a technique we have not seen. i hope its super powerful. and i hope he uses it in the last movie(which i hope is not really the last movie just as i hope there is a third show)
Well, Gaara's Jinchuriki Transformation were referred to as "that jutsu" earlier on. Which means the transformation themselves are viewed as jutsu. Jiraiya might have meant that Naruto shouldn't used his Jinchuriki powers on the mission because he didn't have control over them yet. I don't think it could have been anything else. The Giant Rasengan was the only thing even remotely close, and I assume Jiraiya wasn't screwing around by having that serious look on his face to tell Naruto not to use the Reverse Harem Jutsu.
An abandoned plot point, just like the jutsu Hashirama gave Sasuke to stop Madara.

Agreed, but as I said, if it's anything, it's probably supposed to be the Jinchuriki Transformations.
