The animation of the last episode was horrible, only this one was well animated bro.

Even this one wasn't that well animated. It seems that most of the people here don't have a very discerning eye for animation quality.
The previous episode was really bad, they used a lot of limited animation, panning shots with little or no animation, and jump cuts to avoid animating the actual action.
For example, when Obito attacked the First and Second with his Truthseeker Orbs, rather than showing the attack, it showed Naruto looking surprised, then had a jump cut to Obito having already landed the attack, followed by about 30 seconds of the camera just panning/zooming around while the characters were barely animated.
About the only thing I could praise about episode 378 was that they didn't diverge too much from the manga and kept a pretty brisk pace. Though I'm also kind of disappointed that, so far, they've progressed through this fight so quickly that there hasn't been a chance to bring in a quality animator to do part of it.

What do you expect from Pierrot? Don't forget, the Bleach fans are it's No#1 haters. For Naruto, this Studio gets sloppy and productive at the same time :/
