Naruto 683 Discussion

  • I personally thought it was a very good chapter. Interesting to see Hagoromo appear again.. but out of half of Madara's body?

      Loading editor
    • Madara had Rinnegan and was the Ten-Tails' jinchuuriki so he had all of Hagoromo's chakra. Hagoromo possibly just decided to materialize through the leftover chakra in Madara's bottom.

    • I find the chapter good. I have a feeling that Madara has a thing or two coming to him, though. Obito's gonna apparently die like a hero etc.

I know this is off topic and REALLY late to be asking this, but how come Kishimoto never gave us any backstory on Kakazu or Hidan?

    • Naruto:She's one with nature

      Spyrocks:She is mother nature!

But anyways guys, am I the only one whom feels like Obito shouldn't die?

And for some reason whats happening in this Chapter, reminds me of Iron man 3, because the main villain, Black zetsu just seems really, I mean very really creepy in this chapter.

Plus if you play Iron maiden-Fear of the dark, while reading this chapter, It makes it all epic!

    • Is it just me or is rising Madara a really bad idea. He can break out of the jutsu's control!

Unlike Spyrocks, I think Obito should die, but Naruto, who is like a brother to him, must kill him and then take his eyes to get EMS.

        Loading editor
    • Seriously, they should do something with the drug dealers. Poor children :(

        Loading editor
    • I am wondering how Minato was able to cut a branch form the tree, but mostly it's part from these things that just happen.

No seriously, am I really the only one?

    • @Spyrocks you aren't the only one but Naruto hinted that although he revived him, Obito still gonna kick the bucket.

I hate to say it, but painfully, and most likely, your right.

    • Wait how does a clone have that much chakra for it to go into another dimesnion?

    • Rias Gremory wrote: Wait how does a clone have that much chakra for it to go into another dimesnion?

We know from Neji vs. Naruto that Naruto can spread his chakra evenly between his clones. Since he has one clone at this time, he could have up to half of Naruto's chakra.

        Loading editor
    • Well Naruto's clones in his mode are powerful, they are able to fight Madara's shadows equally. So would that mean that Naruto couldn't revive Obito completely because he is a clone.

        Loading editor
    • I also don't want Obito to die, but he can't really just go on living in Konoha and stuff, people wouldn't want him around, no matter how much good he does now. It's better if he dies a hero helping everybody.

        Loading editor
    • Obito will most likely die anyways, and Hashirama will most likely be given power. He is also an Ashura reincarnate.

        Loading editor
    • So was Madara

        Loading editor
    • I'm starting to think that Black Zetsu literally is her will. Hence why he does most of the talking and battle strategy. Chapter 681 shows that she is not all there with her thinking that Naruto and Sasuke are her sons. And explains why she falls for sexy no Jutsu.

    • Maybe Madara somehow isn't dead, or he will be revived. And then him and Hashirama will be given the same power as Naruto and Sasuke, and seal Kaguya. But all in all, a good chapter :P

    • Madara is pure evil he won't partner with Hashirama Sasuke and Naruto will seal Kaguya

        Loading editor
    • I wonder what Hagoromo got to tell the Hokage (especially Hashirama) about?

    • Rias Gremory wrote: Madara is pure evil he won't partner with Hashirama Sasuke and Naruto will seal Kaguya

He might not be. Remember Black Zetsu changed the stone that he got his theories from. He was led down the path of destruction just as Obito was.

    • Madara isn't pure evil, he is human and has lost a lot. He is just a bitter and he sees the world gray.. if his life was better he would of been a better person. Izuna never became an Edo Tensei and warmed his heart up like Itachi did to Sasuke. But I do call BS if Madara becomes alive again and a good guy.

    • I'm just gonna say it, but has anyone else noticed that those portals which Kaguya uses are similar in appearance to the Garganta in Bleach?

        Loading editor
    • Bleach sucks. Don't even try to say Kishi was copying it. Can't stand that manga/anime.. it's worse than One Piece.

    • How come no one's bringing up Sakura? I mean, serious question here: Is her chakra enough to assist Obito?, Or will the plan mess up?

        Loading editor
    • Unbelievable, Sakura is to become relevant to the plot again, even though used only as plot device. Better than nothing I guess.

I am not even trying. I just said it, ok? I don't want flame wars here.

    • Kishimoto's attempt to make Sakura useful. Good job. XD

    • Also guys I have one question, after the battle with Kaguya ends, do you want one last final fight for

      Hashirama vs Madara?

I feel that's the best way to end it, leading it down to Naruto vs Sasuke.

        Loading editor
    • No, Madara is done for, let him rest.

If you're referring to that stupid discussion that's going on Mangasteam, know that:

      1) Naruto's clone has a lot of chakra, but he's used a lot of it already at reviving Obito, flying, and stuff. Remember that since Naruto returned from his talk with Hagoromo he hasn't molded chakra yet, yet he used a lot of different kinds of Rasegan and has to mantain the Rikudou form + Sennin Mode + Jinchuriki transformation. He's using a hellish amount of chakra.

      2) A just-revived Obito, who probably just have chakra to keep himself from freezing cold , gotta use two Kamuis at the same time to synchronize with the Rabbit Goddess' dimension-traveling jutsu, and still keep some chakra to counter unforeseen events. So it's acceptable that Naruto's clone's chakra, alone, may not do it.

      3) Obito said that the clone's chakra + Sakura's chakra are more than enough. Not that Sakura's chakra is more than enough. If you consider that Sakura has been saving up chakra since freaking 3 years ago, and she's a genius at basic ninja skills like molding chakra, it's also acceptable that she has an absurd amount of chakra to be of help.

And no, Sakura's still not useful at all. Sasuke said that she's useless, Kakashi said she's useless (ok, without a strategy), and she's been saying this to herself as this chapter showed. Kishimoto WANTS you to think she's useless, it's not that he's failing at make her useful. Sakura's moment is still to come, but it isn't giving chakra to Obito. It will be something way grater, just wait for it.

    • We shall see

    • Well, this chapter officially puts the kibosh to my 'teleportation vs dimensions' theory. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. What I'm more interested in is, if Dokuzetsu is the will of Kaguya, why is it that he has to explain everything to her as though he is a separate, extant entity? If Kaguya was revived due to the assimilation of Madara, Dokuzetsu, and the majority of the world's chakra, wouldn't she know what he knows due to him being an integral part of her being?

Woah, I just brought that question up myself! Who knew Mangastream is going on about it :p. Anyways, Kishi will show us in time. If you're referring to that stupid discussion that's going on Mangasteam, know that:

    • Well, Guilherme Abe, who knew my own thought-out question was being discussed already in Mangastream :p. Anyways, Kishi will show us in time exactly what will happen with Obito, Sakura and Sasuke.

I'm sorry if that was a genuine question. It's just that I was mad at that week, with so much bulls*t being said about that chapter and Kishimoto. I know he's not a perfect author, but there are some guys who just have some sort of obsession in finding errors in Naruto every single week.

    • To Guilherme Abe,

No need to apologize :) Every series(manga, novel,tv etc) has haters. You probably met with the extremists, trust me, I do to :/ Naruto haters will be there (could be some lunatic, die-hard DBZ fans) acting as 'critics'. Tbh, the finale will tell us all exactly how great/low M.Kishi is actually.

      From, a fellow Naruto fan!

    • I feel like kakashi will get both of obitos eyes and it'll be easy since in naruto you can just slap eyes into yourself and they work. How did madara's eyes survive within nagato? they should've decayed.

        Loading editor
    • I'm hoping Obito lives long enough to carry out his original plan (after he repented) and revive everyone who died during the two days of the war with his Rinnegan (I'm still unclear on whether or not he still has it). I need Neji back, and I certainly don't want the 40,000+ casualties to stay dead. For a land that seems pretty scarcely populated, that's gotta be sucky for the general population. The last thing I need is for Naruto to have a bittersweet ending like Harry Potter did (well, I'm assuming Naruto will end after the war does... Which is probably right...)

        Loading editor
    • Neji's byakugan was sealed away forever once he died, if he was brought back he wouldn't be able to do anything he was able to before, it's better if he remains dead.

        Loading editor
    • Not sure if the seal would apply to his edo tensei form.

        Loading editor
    • ^It doesn't. Remember Neji's father being revived?

        Loading editor
    • oh shit dude, truth! completely forgot about that, nice!

I don't care about his ability to battle. I like the guy, I think he's cute, and he needs to be alive. Plus I always thought that since he's obviously stronger than Hinata, Hiashi would break the Hyuga clan's rules and make him the heir (with Hinata's full approval, of course!) by the end of the series. (Since Hinata would be the first lady of Konoha or whatever, being married to Naruto)

And yes, if he was revived through Kabuto/Orichimaru's technique, he would still have Byakugan, as shown by his father. But I meant Nagato's Rinne Tensei technique, where it's an ACTUAL revival to your own body (like the ending of the Invasion of Pain arc) instead of a sacrifice's body to bring you back (like the Edo Tensei).

In either case, his Byakugan would reawaken, and I think the curse mark wouldn't even come back, since it dissipated when he died.
