"The True End" is chapter 662 of the original Naruto manga.

Summary

As Gaara rushes Naruto to help, Tobirama curses Madara for stabbing Sasuke. On the Shinobi Alliance's battlefield, a miniature version of Hashirama's Sage Art: Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands technique is barely fended off by the Third Hokage, while Shikamaru notes that everyone is running low on chakra; were the [[Summoning: Impure World Resurrection}reanimated]] Third Hokage to fall, they would all easily be killed. The assailant is revealed to be Spiral Zetsu who still seems intent on uncovering the mechanics behind bowel movements. Meanwhile, Orochimaru and his team are seemingly planning a surprise attack on Zetsu; Karin, who is visibly distraught over Sasuke, is barely able to convey what she senses. Naruto is brought to Tsunade and her disciples Shizune and Sakura, but of the trio Sakura is the only one who still had enough chakra to use medical ninjutsu. As the other sensor-type ninja detect Naruto's situation, Hinata sees Naruto's failing heartbeat and rushes to help him, only to stumble and fall due to her own failing chakra. Spiral Zetsu and the White Zetsu Army clone note that despite Naruto being an Uzumaki, death was inevitable due to the removal of Kurama. Elsewhere, Sasuke struggles to remain alive by remembering his resolve to honor his brother's sacrifice and change the shinobi world, but he still falters as Madara walks away from him. As grief overtakes both Sakura, whose chakra is diminishing rapidly, and Karin, who can only sense Sasuke's predicament from afar, both note that if things continue like this both Naruto and Sasuke will die.
