The Top 5 Ninja Battles! (本日発表！「忍者たちの汗と涙の名勝負ベスト５！ お楽しみの番外編もあるってばよ」スペシャル, Honjitsu Happyō! "Ninjatachi no Ase to Namida no Meishōbu Besuto 5! Otanoshimi no Bangai Hen Moaruttebayo" Supesharu) is episode 202 of the original Naruto anime.

Synopsis

Naruto and Sakura host a special recap episode. The episode features highlights of five battles from the Sasuke Retrieval Arc: the battle between Naruto and Sasuke on the hospital roof, the battle between Chōji and Jirōbō, the battle between Kiba and Sakon, the battle between Neji and Kidōmaru, and the last battle between Naruto and Sasuke at the Valley of the End. There are also interviews with Chōji, Kiba, and Neji, who all beat up Naruto for making fun of them and saying things like "Chōji's fight made him sweat." At the end of the show, Jiraiya announces a surprise guest —Orochimaru— who gives Sakura and Naruto an opportunity to briefly see Sasuke.
