The Fourth's Legacy!! (四代目の遺産!!, Yondaime no Isan!!) is chapter 143 of the Naruto manga.

Summary

Knowing that Itachi and Kisame were after Naruto, Kakashi recalled about an earlier conversation he had with Jiraiya. Jiraiya informed Kakashi that he would thereafter being looking after Naruto, fearing that an organisation called Akatsuki might someday come after him because of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox sealed within him.

Angry that Kakashi knew about their organisation, Itachi instructed Kisame to capture Kakashi. As Kisame moved to attack Guy appeared and repelled him. Seeing that things were becoming too difficult, Itachi left with Kisame. Meanwhile, Jiraiya tried to convince Naruto to help him look for Tsunade. Naruto had no interest until hearing that he can learn a technique stronger than Sasuke's Chidori, at which point he eagerly accompanied Jiraiya out of Konoha.
