The Fourth's Battle to the Death!! (四代目の死闘!!, Yondaime no Shitō!!) is episode 248 of the Naruto: Shippūden anime.
Summary
Kushina successfully delivers Naruto, but their celebration comes short when Tobi suddenly appears and kills Taji and Biwako. Tobi attempts to kill Naruto, but Minato quickly saves Naruto from the explosion, and while Minato flees and puts Naruto to safety, Tobi manages to release the Nine-Tails from Kushina. Tobi takes control of the Nine Tails by using his Sharingan and tries to eliminate Kushina, who is quickly saved by Minato and brought back to Naruto. Tobi summons the Nine-Tails to start the carnage over Konoha and Minato prepares himself to face Tobi. Minato arrives in Konoha and sends the Nine-Tails' Tailed Beast Ball away. Tobi appears behind Minato and tries to grab him, but Minato teleports. Tobi follows him. Minato and Tobi start their clash, and Minato lands a Rasengan on Tobi, using the opportunity to mark him and apply the Contract Seal, releasing the Nine-Tails from his control.

- Team Tobirama as well as Torifu Akimichi were not present during the episode, in contrast with chapter #503.
