"The Burden of Being a Kage" (影を背負う, Kage o seou) is chapter 588 of the original Naruto manga.

Summary

As Kabuto remains incapacitated by Izanami, Itachi is grateful that he has done another deed for the sake of Konoha. Sasuke questions Itachi's will in the midst of the village's constant use of him and that he will never forgive Konoha. Itachi then states that he won't be the one to change him as he uses his Sharingan on Kabuto to learn the hand seals needed to stop the Impure World Reincarnation. Meanwhile, the five Kage struggle to hold their own against Madara's Susanoo-armed wood clones. Amidst all the struggles, Ōnoki continues to pep the Kage to prove that they deserve their titles to which Madara states as a nuisance. The five Kage then combine their chakra to unleash the Dust Release technique which, as stated by Ōnoki, acts as their last move. The clones are obliterated by the technique as the real Madara gets trapped by it, which was meant to force him to absorb the lightning-infused water and sand so that Ōnoki can create an opening to use Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique thus giving time to seal him due to the regeneration process. Madara then compliments their abilities and that they do deserve their titles but states that it's also time to unleash his full power. He then uses his Rinnegan to unleash what he calls the "Perfect Susanoo".
