Tetsuru (テツル) was a prisoner at Orochimaru's Southern Hideout.

Personality

Tetsuru was stated to have had a great fear of Orochimaru and thus never hoped to escape. He has also been described as being pessimistic about the the future with no hope in his eyes. [2]

He had short, light brown hair, his head was bandaged and he wore the standard attire of Orochimaru's prisoners which consisted of a white T-shirt and a pair of pants. His face was also unshaven.

Part II

Itachi Pursuit Arc

After being approached by Suigetsu Hōzuki, he questions him if whether or not the rumours that they were hearing of Orochimaru's demise at the hands of Sasuke Uchiha were true. After Suigetsu confirms this, he asks of their own fate and upon being told that they were to be set free, could hardly believe it. However Suigetsu gave them their freedom on the condition that he and the others spread word of Orochimaru's defeat to which he eagerly agrees.
