Tetsu (テツ) is a shinobi of Kirigakure.
Appearance
He had medium-length, slicked-back, brown hair and brown eyes. He wears the standard Kirigakure attire along with the forehead protector of the Allied Shinobi Forces. He wore a black pair of pants with white bandages wrapped around his upper right thigh and a weapons pouch on his lower back. He also wore a normal pair of black shinobi sandals.

Shinobi World War Arc
During the Fourth Shinobi World War, Tetsu had his chakra drained by a White Zetsu Army clone, which allowed it to impersonate him. The clone used this cover in order to assassinate Tetsu's comrades.
