Tenga (天画, Tenga) is a shinobi of Kumogakure.

Part II

Confining the Jinchūriki Arc

Tenga operated the transmission screens between the five lords and recorded the discussion between them about the formation of the Allied Shinobi Forces, as well as the voting process that occurred during the discussion. Tenga then acted as a witness to their decision.^[1]

Shinobi World War Arc

After the Allied Shinobi Forces are split into several divisions, Tenga is made a part of the Intelligence Division under Inoichi Yamanaka during the Fourth Shinobi World War. He introduces himself to Inoichi saying that he'd heard a lot about him.

Trivia

• "Tenga" (天画) roughly translates to "sky picture", possibly referring to his role in broadcasting live video feeds.
• The kanji on Tenga's uniform and necklace is "tsū" (通), likely short for "communication" (通信, tsūjin).
