In order to defend itself, the Ten-Tails can create innumerable miniature clones from its body to fight in its place. While not exact replicas, these clones share many of the Ten-Tails' distinctive traits, such as its spiked protrusions and complexion. Some display tails, and a few sport its eye.

Though the size and shape of each individual clone differs greatly, the vast majority retain a vaguely humanoid form, with most of these standing a little taller than the average person. Of these humanoid clones, many feature some type of weapon-like appendage on their forearms.
